How can I know my size?

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email with the tracking information within 1 - 2 business days after your purchase.

When will I receive my order?

We ship all orders with UPS. Our estimated delivery time is 2-9 business days depending on the State. You can see more accurate times in the checkout.
Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS.
 

Do you have expedited shipping?

We don’t currently offer expedited shipping services. We are working to have this option available soon!

Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located in Miami, Florida.
 

Can I cancel or modify my order prior to shipping?

Unfortunately, we are unable to modify your order once it has been placed. If you need to change the delivery address or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customercare@aguabendita.com.co

Our warehouse team always try to ship your order as soon as possible, so it may not always be possible to issue a cancellation. In that case, don't worry! Once you receive your package, you can request a return here.
 

Can I return my order?

We have a 30-days return policy. Items must to be unworn and returned in the original package. For more information, please click here.
 

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be issued to your original payment method, and it will take 3-5 business days after your return package arrives to our warehouse. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed.
