SHIPPING AND DELIVERIES

• We offer free shipping on all orders.
• All orders are shipped the same day or next business day.
• Free next-day delivery in Florida.
• ETA is 2-9 business days depending on the State. You can see more accurate times in the checkout after entering your address.
• All orders with a physical address will be shipped with UPS.
• Orders destined to PO Boxes, APO Boxes, or military addresses will be shipped with USPS, and transit time may take longer. You can see more accurate times in the checkout.

We are unable to modify or partially cancel orders. To request an address change or a complete order cancellation please contact us as soon as possible by filling out this form or by email at customercare@aguabendita.com.co 
In 1-3 business days, our customer care team will confirm, depending on the order status, if it was possible to successfully complete your request.

RETURNS

Click here to request a return up to 30 days after you receive the order.
• All items on SALE or tagged as "Final Sale" are not elegible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
• All items must be returned in the original package, unused, unstained, unwashed, and with all tags.
• Agua Bendita reserves the right to deny a refund if items have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
• Currently we don't offer exchanges. However, you can return for a refund.
• All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. Agua Bendita may agree to refund you to a PayPal account in case the original payment method is no longer available.
• All returns shipped to our warehouse will be refunded within 3-5 business days after the package is received by our warehouse.

• Items purchased in physical stores, can't be returned online. Items purchased online can't be returned in physical stores.

PUERTO RICO
• Fill out the return form here.
• Mark the package with your name and order number, so we can identify it and properly refund you.
• Ship your return to the provided address at the end of the form. Shipping expenses assumed by you. We recommend you return the product with a traceable carrier.
• Email us at customercare@aguabendita.com.co providing your name, order number, carrier, and tracking number.
• Get your refund 3-5 business days after the package is received by our warehouse. You will be automatically notified via email.

UNITED STATES
Depending on your location within the US, you have two options to make the return:

A) Returns by Mail
• Request your return here.
• Enter your order number and the zip code where it was shipped. 
• Choose: Other options -> Box and ship items using a pre-paid label - $ 10.00 USD
• Print the prepaid label we provide. Package and mail in your return.
• Email your return within the next 15 days.
  Otherwise, the label will be automatically disabled and your return request cancelled.
• Get your refund 3-5 business days after the package is received by our warehouse. 
  You will be automatically notified via email. 

Note: with this option, you will be deducted a $10.00 USD fee from your refund.


B) Return Bars with Happy Returns
• Request your return here.
• Enter your order number and the zip code where it was shipped.
• Choose: Drop off at any Happy Returns location $ 15.00 USD
• Get by email the QR code to show at your nearest Return Bar. Please make sure to save it. Without the QR code, they will not be able to accept your return,
• Return your product at your nearest Return Bar. (No need to package them).
• Get your refund immediately. You will see it in your bank statement in 1-3 business days.


Note: with this option, you will be deducted a $15.00 USD fee from your refund.

WARRANTIES

• Agua Bendita guarantees the product's quality up to 90 days after you received the order.

Fill this form to present a claim related to a product guarantee for an item purchased on this website. Our team will contact you via email with further instructions and a pre-paid return label.

• Once your damaged item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your order and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.

• Any warranty claim must be analyzed by the area in charge, which will determine the origin or not of a quality issue (after analyzing the property object of the claim). An answer will be given within the next fifteen (15) business days.

• You may request store credit or refund if the item(s) present any of the following criteria of non-conformity in quality:

Non-conformity in the stamping:
● Bad stamping.
● Moved or overlaid print.
● Stamping with voids.
● Print with spots.

Non-conformity in the confection:
● Broken or perforations.
● Loose seams.
● Collected seams.
● Elastic without adjustment.
● Elastic gathered.
● Measurements that do not fit the size.
● Threads busted.
● Defective snaps or zippers.
● Seamless seams.

Non-conformity on the fabric:
● Motes.
● Color migration.
● Solid fabric.
● Burst fibers.


For all other cases, and after determining the origin of the warranty service, the product will be addressed through repair. Agua Bendita will assume the shipping costs for exchanging through warranty. The term of availability of spare parts, products, supplies, and trained labor in case of repair request will be 30 days from the purchase date. The costs associated with a repair - not covered by warranty - will be borne by the customer.


After 90 days, we can, but are not required to, attempt to assist with repairs, including providing a replacement for some parts such as lost buttons, zippers, snaps, and laces, to the extent that these repair services are subject to the analysis of each case by the area in charge. However, we will not provide a product replacement or refund after 90 days.

 

REFUND POLICY

Applies only to purchases made through this website us.aguabendita.com. All refunds will be issued directly to the payment method. Agua Bendita may agree to refund you to a PayPal account in case the original payment method is no longer available. Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

• Returned items: Up to 5 business days after the product is received by Agua Bendita.
• Warranty - Defective items: Up to 5 business days after the product is received by Agua Bendita, when the customer request a refund.
• Unavailable inventory: Up to 5 business days after the order was placed. The customer will be notified and refunded as soon as possible.
• Cancelled orders: Up to 3 business days after the customer requested the cancellation. *Subject to the order's internal status.
• Incomplete order shipped: Up to 5 business days after the customer informed us about the issue; when the customer request a refund.

All refunds require a previous contact to our customer care team by filling out the return form, or for all other cases, emailing us at customercare@aguabendita.com.co or sending a WhatsApp message to +57 313 800 7604. Our support team will indicate the steps to follow to give your money back.
